Functions

• To train and develop skilled human capital required by the rubber industry in areas related to three (3) main sectors ; plantation, processing and production.
• To coordinate post graduate studies by research and coursework through collaborative program with other higher learning institutions
• To collaborate with other higher learning institution, local and overseas through twinning program for diploma and first degree
• To upgrade knowledge and skills of the staff in line with the current development of technology
• To provide professional courses in accordance with the needs of the client
• To provide training facilities for teaching and learning
