Headed by Rector, the Academy are committed to fulfill its objectives to provide an industry-oriented skills training, expedite technology transfer through technical training and producing adequate skilled manpower for the rubber industry.

AHM is only 5km from the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, Subang, Selangor. Located in Sungai Buloh Research Station, the Academy is equipped with several lecture rooms, meeting rooms, library, pilot factory, testing lab, computer labs, recreation facilities and also accommodations. Visitors will enjoy the green views of rubber trees and actual rubber estate life while having their training in Academy.
